Affiliate academy is charged with educating and training Canada’s skilled foreign workers, provide financial support to candidates as well as assisting in the coordination of host countrys services for foreign workers.
Canada’s per capita foreign workforce in 2012 stood at 9,456, which is the third lowest among OECD countries. In 2010, 14,600 jobs were created in the private sector, the highest since 1999 and no less than 17,000 directly employed.
Assuming only 15.8 percent of all jobs generated in Canada in 2012 were created by a foreign worker, that would constitute a production of 4,189 permanent and temporary positions. This would raise the total global foreign work force of 33,000 to 40,000 at the end of the decade.
